I recently had to change the passwords of the email user for a Xerox uStore installation due to a possible hack in the system. This needs to be done in two places for the emails to be sent without problems.
 
uProduce Mail Settings

  1. Login into uProduce as admin user (note: this is different from the user which builds documents for stores).
  2. Go to Settings, then Delivery Providers.
  3. Edit the mail server in use.
  4. Change the settings to match the mail account.
  5. Press the Test button to verify that the changes work.
  6. Press the Save button to save your work.

uStore Admin Mail Settings

  1. Login into the uStore admin site.
  2. Go to Presets, then Mall.
  3. Edit the mail server in use.
  4. Change the settings to match the mail account.
  5. Press the Save button to save your work.

And your done. The uStore admin settings need to be correct in order to send out notifications to users. This is where I was stuck before because I thought uProduce would cover all of the email server settings.
